How do I return my order through Singpost?

  • Return your item within 45 days of it being delivered or available for collection (including sale items).
  • It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive back at our warehouse.
  • If you return your order within 28 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If your order is returned between 29 and 45 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection, you’ll receive a gift voucher. Find out more information about returning between 29 and 45 days here.

There's up to 186 locations for you to choose from, open Monday-Sunday, early until late.

Your return will be label-less, so don't worry if you don't have a printer. A code for your return will be generated once your return has been booked. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.

If you're looking to return items from multiple orders, you'll need to send these back separately and book a return for each

We try hard to accept all returns and they don't need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
