How do I return my order from Singapore with parcelshop (Ninja Point) and Parcel locker (Ninja Box)?
- Return your item within 45 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection (including sale items).
- It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive back at our warehouse.
- If you return an item within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
- If you return an item within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll issue a gift voucher instead. Click here to find out more information on returning within 29 and 45 days.

For more information on how to return via Ninja point and Ninja box, see below. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.
Parcel Shop (Ninja Point)
- You'll be given a unique code which you can take to your selected ParcelShop.
- The ParcelShop will have a batch of labels which they can assign to the parcel and match to your unique code.
- NinjaVan will collect the parcel from the ParcelShop no later than 1 working day from the day you've dropped the parcel off.
Parcel Locker (Ninja Box)
- You'll be given a code when you register your return which you'll need to enter at the Locker Station.
- The driver will bring a label, which they will stick to the parcel on collection.
- NinjaVan will collect the parcel from the Parcel Locker no later than 1 working day from the day you've dropped the parcel off at your chosen Locker location.
