How do I return my order from Singapore with home collection?
- Return your item within 45 days of it being delivered to you or available for collection (including sale items).
- It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive back at our warehouse.
- If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.Your refund can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
- If you return an item requesting a refund within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you an ASOS gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. - Once we’ve received your return, we’ll drop you an email to let you know.
- Need a new returns note? You can download a new one from the attachments section.
Complete the returns slip that came with your parcel and put it into the parcel with your return.
- The service is available Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. You can arrange a same day collection if you book before 1pm where collection will be between 1-7pm.
- Any collection booked after 1pm will be collected the next working day.
- You’ll be given a tracking number which you’ll need to quote to the driver who will provide the label.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
