How do I return my order from Singapore with home collection?
Complete the returns note that came with your parcel and put it into the parcel with your return.
Home collection is available across Singapore however, please see restricted zones list in the 'Attachments' section.
The service is available 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Your return can be collected at the following times:
You'll need to book the collection 1 day prior to the collection date.
You'll be given a code which you'll need to quote to the driver.
If the Home Collection is unsuccessful, NinjaVan will attempt 2 more times. If the third attempt fails, you'll need to register a new return.
- The service is available Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. You can arrange a same day collection if you book before 1pm where collection will be between 1-7pm.
- Any collection booked after 1pm will be collected the next working day.
- You’ll be given a tracking number which you’ll need to quote to the driver who will provide the label.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
