Why am I being recommended items that are out of stock in my size?
We're sorry if you've been recommended something that's not available in your size.
If you're using our app, you can sign up to receive back in stock notifications.
You'll need to make sure you've opted into receiving push notifications from us. To do this, simply go to 'My Account' and select 'Notifications' on the ASOS app. Once there, you'll be able to see whether you've opted into receiving stock notifications or not.
Once your settings are up to date, you can opt into receiving a notification if a product in your 'Saved Items' becomes available again.
To do this, simply go to your saved items and tap 'Notify me'. If the item comes back in stock in your selected size, we'll send you a notification.
If you're using our mobile or desktop site, we can't tell you if the item being recommended will be back in stock in your size - but with your recommendations being refreshed every day, you're sure to find something just as amazing.
