I’m a student but my email address hasn't been validated for my discount code
We're currently offering a 10% discount to all students in the UK with an ASOS account.
How to register
You can sign up for a student discount code here.
You should receive your unique student discount code within 24 hours of filling in the validation form. You'll need to fill out the form, even if you don't have a specific student email address.
Top Tip: Check your junk or spam folder if you're having trouble finding it.
I haven't received my code
If you're having trouble registering for a code or haven't yet received one, please get in touch with the following information:
- A photo of your student ID card, which should show your course expiry date. If it doesn't show an expiry date, you'll need to provide a copy of your enrolment letter which should show your course details and end date. You can attach it to an email, drop us a DM on Facebook or Twitter, or get in touch using our live chat service.
- Confirmation that you've checked your junk/spam folder for the code.
If you choose to contact us on live chat, please wait until the chat has started to send us a photo of your Student ID card. You'll see the paperclip image appear once the chat has opened. If you'd rather send us an email, you'll need to attach your photo by replying to the acknowledgement email once your first email has been sent.
Just one more thing...
When filling out our contact form don't worry about providing an order number or discount code as these fields are optional. All you need to do is fill out the compulsory sections like your name and email address. Once you've filled out these details just let us know that your email address needs validating for the student discount code. There's a box where you can type your query at the end.
