How does Klarna Invoicing work in Austria, Norway, Finland and Germany?

Klarna Invoicing is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later. This means that you can place an order, try the items on, and return any unwanted items and then only pay for the items that you keep.

How does it work?

 

Klarna Invoicing is available to all customers with a billing address registered in Austria, Norway, Finland or Germany. To select Klarna as your payment method, you'll need to make sure that your delivery and billing address match your address registered to the electoral roll.

To pay using Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile number as they may need to contact you. We'll also need your email address so that Klarna can send your payment invoice. It's important that you provide the correct details, as you won't receive the relevant payment information.

 

When do I have to pay my Klarna Invoice?

 

Once you've placed your order using Klarna, you'll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions.

For customers in Austria, Norway, Finland and Germany, you'll have 14 days to complete the payment. You can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost via credit or debit card.

You'll receive a reminder two days before your payment is due, and you'll also receive email reminders.
