Delivery

Why does it seem as though you use much more packaging than other brands?

With manufacturers and suppliers based around the world (find out more about our supply chain here), we have to ensure that when products are transported to us, they are protected from damage throughout the supply chain. We want to keep protecting them as they travel to your door, too. This means that, from the supplier to your door - via freighting, warehousing and your carrier - products remain in the same packaging during their journey.

Don't forget, brands with physical stores receive products in the same way - they just remove the packaging their garments have arrived in before they go on the shop floor. Some retailers remove products from the packaging just to repackage them into new bags with their own branding, or with other materials such as tissue paper and card. We try to avoid doing this, as it creates additional waste.

We know it can be frustrating when your products arrive in packaging which you are unsure how to recycle, which is why we encourage you to send your packaging back to us when you next have a return, and we'll sort out the rest for you.
