I want to cancel my Premier Delivery subscription. How can I do this?
We hope you're happy with your Premier Delivery subscription, but if you haven't used it within the first 14 days after purchase, you can cancel it in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and we'll refund you the full amount.
Get in touch with our Customer Care team and we'll cancel it for you.
If you've had Premier Delivery for more than 14 days, we won't be able to offer you a refund, as per the of the service.
