How does your ‘Deliver to Store’ service work in Austria?

If your order is being delivered to Austria, you may be able to take advantage of our Deliver to Store option.

You can have your order delivered to a store on our Standard and Next Day delivery services.

Ordering on Standard Delivery?

If you select this delivery option, your order will be delivered to your local Click & Collect store by choosing your local store at the checkout.

You order will arrive within 3 working days*. The service costs €4.00 or is free for orders over €30.00.

Delivery is available Tuesday - Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Ordering on Next Day Delivery?

If you select the Next Day Delivery option and would like your order delivered to your local Click & Collect store, you can select your nearest one at the checkout.

Our Next Day delivery* service costs €20 and you'll need to place your order before 15:00 $#TimeZone for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days, and delivery takes place Monday-Friday.

Orders placed after 15:00 $#TimeZone on Saturday and before 14:00 $#TimeZone on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 14:00 $#TimeZone on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We don't deliver on public holidays, so your order will be delivered the following working day.

You'll get an email once your order leaves the warehouse so you can follow your parcel's journey.

How will I know when to collect my parcel?

You'll get an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection from your local store. To collect your parcel, you'll need to take photo ID, such as a passport. Your parcel will be held at the store for 10 days before being returned back to us.

If your order needs to be replaced for any reason, we'll send it to your original delivery address.

Just one more thing…

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ASOS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
