How does delivery work in Jersey?
At just £4.50, our Standard Delivery service gives customers quick and efficient delivery that doesn't break the bank - and if you're spending over £40.00, delivery is FREE!
Delivery is within 3 working days* of your order being placed.
Delivery is daily (excluding Saturdays and Public Holidays).
Click & Collect delivery is also available on Standard Delivery. Click here for more about out Click & Collect services.ASOS customers can also choose to have their orders delivered to parcel lockers with Jersey Post which can be accessed any time of the day – all you need to do is register for a free parcel locker ID. Register and find out more about the parcel locker service here.
Delivery is fully trackable. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the warehouse. You can also track your order through 'My Orders'.
If you've placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that each qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. If the tracking information for each of your orders is the same, they'll be delivered together.
Even if your items are coming from multiple warehouses, they'll all have the same order number. However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have been shipped from. You'll see an individual tracking link for each parcel and can access this in 'My Orders'.
What happens on the day of delivery?
- Leave safe/parcel locker drop-off are options for customers to select on the Jersey Post website.
- Only one delivery attempt will be made – a calling card with the next steps will be left if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
- You'll receive 3 notifications from our delivery partner: parcel received at the depot, out for delivery and delivered.
- You may be presented with additional delivery features – check your tracking to see what options are available to you.
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
One more thing...
*We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ASOS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
