How does ‘Deliver to Store’ work in Finland?
If your order is being delivered to Finland, you may be able to take advantage of our Deliver to Store option.
You can have your order delivered to a store on our Standard and Next-Day Delivery services.

If you select this delivery option, your order will be delivered to your local pick up point by choosing your local store at the checkout.
For orders going to Finland, the service costs €5 or is free for orders over €35. Your order will arrive within 5 working days*.
Delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you select the Next-Day Delivery option and would like your order delivered to your local UPS store, you can select your nearest one at the checkout.
Our Next- Day Delivery* service to Finland costs €20.00.
You'll need to place your order before 16:00 *$#TimeZone1 for Next-Day Delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days, and delivery takes place Monday-Friday.
Orders placed after 16:00 *$#TimeZone1 on Thursday and before 16:00 *$#TimeZone1 on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. We don't deliver on public holidays, so your order will be delivered the following working day.
You'll get an email once your order leaves the warehouse so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you’ve placed multiple orders on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped in one parcel.
If the tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails is the same, your orders have been sent with one of our delivery partners and will be arriving at the same time. You’ll be refunded for any additional delivery charges you’ve paid for if we have combined your orders.
You'll receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection from your local store.
To collect your parcel, you'll need to take photo ID, such as a passport. Your parcel will be held at the store for 10 days before being returned back to us.
If your order needs to be replaced for any reason, we'll send it to your original delivery address.
Just one more thing...
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ASOS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
