How does ‘Deliver to Store’ work in Finland?

If your order is being delivered to Finland, you may be able to take advantage of our Deliver to Store option.

You can have your order delivered to a store on our Standard Delivery service.

How does your Standard Delivery work?

When you order with Standard delivery, you'll be able to put your delivery address at checkout, and our delivery partner will deliver it to the closest collection point - they'll let you know where you'll be able to pick up your parcel.

For orders going to Finland, the service costs €8.50 and is free for orders over €55. Your order will arrive within 5 working days*.

How does your Click & Collect Delivery work?

If you'd like your order delivered to a specific store or collection point, just choose this delivery service at checkout - you'll see a list of all available collection points there.

This service also costs €8.50 (free for orders over €55), and it should be delivered within 5 working days*.

Track your order

Delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

You'll get an email when your order leaves the warehouse, so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you’ve placed multiple orders on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped in one parcel.   

If the tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails is the same, your orders have been sent with one of our delivery partners and will be arriving at the same time. You’ll be refunded for any additional delivery charges you’ve paid for if we have combined your orders. 

Collect your order

You'll receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection from your local store.

To collect your parcel, you'll need to take photo ID, such as a passport. Your parcel will be held at the store for 10 days before being returned back to us.

If your order needs to be replaced for any reason, we'll send it to your original delivery address.
