A 10-MINUTE FLOW YOGA ROUTINE

If you want to keep active during these weird times but you want a more chill experience than running 5K or doing 200 squats in your kitchen, yoga might be the answer. Luckily, Seani from our Corporate Responsibility Team is also a yoga teacher – and she's put together a flow routine that should take you about 10 minutes. It’s designed to make you feel calm and grounded – both ideal states of mind to be in ATM, whether you’ve been cooped up WFH, or you’re a key worker still putting in long hours (thank you!) and you’re in need of some calming you-time.
