You’ve managed to swerve the dreaded ‘What are you wearing?’ question for weeks (and left friends and colleagues on read in the process – oops), but now it’s time to face party season head on and get your ’fit together. So, to get you in the decision-making mood, here are some tips for dressing circles around three social-season scenarios.
3 WAYS TO DO PARTY SEASON

The work party
The festive lunch
A pre-Christmas lunch calls for a more casual vibe, especially if you’re heading to a backyard barbie or beach picnic. And nothing says ‘pass the eskie’ like a silky, leopard-print midi skirt and cropped white cami. Throw in some sun block, a pair of cat-eye sunnies and sliders that you can kick off as soon as you feel the sand between your toes and you’ve got yourself an easy, breezy festive outfit.
The night out
Party-season partywear? This black look is a more minimalist alternative to standout sequins, yet just as glam. As you can see, we are now fully on board with the legging shorts trend (if Chanel is into it for SS19, then so are we). This Bardot top is the perfect plus-one and, for that extra festive touch, we've added some shiny accessories. It is still Christmas, after all.
