The key is to keep your main staples smart, but have fun with the rest. Opt for a tailored navy suit (think tux jacket and tapered-cropped trousers) to make up the bulk of your outfit. But swap out your same-same work shirt for a silk embroidered number with cutesy PJ-piping. And when that out-of-office finally goes on, add some jazzy drop earrings and bold metallic heels.
