Lily Collins rocks perm-curls at Cannes

Move aside, straightening iron. Right now we're seeing unruly curls making a major comeback. They were recently celebrated on the runways of Australian Fashion Week, and Lily Collins followed suit getting her curl-on at the Cannes Film Festival. If you're lucky enough to have naturally, bouncy curls then this hot trend is all about embracing and enhancing what you already have. If your mane has a little less spring in it, maybe it's time that the 80s perm got a beauty revival...
