As we continue to celebrate Pride Month through our #ProudTogether campaign, we’re bringing you our second-ever episode of Created By You with Tanya Compas (Check out our first ep with Gigi Goode here). London-based Tanya (pronoun: she/her) is an award-winning youth worker and founder of Queer Black Christmas, a space that supports Black LGBTIQ+ kids and teenagers during the winter holidays. This month, she’s graced us with her presence to explore all things Pride, identity and navigating the world as a Black person. If you’re able to, consider donating to Exist Loudly, a fund created by Tanya to support queer Black young people.
