YOUR SUMMER WORKOUT OUTFIT
By Rebecca Wade, 4 October 2017
It’s now October which means, aside from all of the general health reasons to getting out and about in order to work out, you'll want to make the most of those warm evenings and sunny mornings. So, to help you focus all of your energy on the exercise, we’ve put together this sporty getup to make sure you look stylish without breaking a sweat…

The best way to channel get-up-and-go motivation? Kit yourself out in fresh gear. A monochrome palette will undoubtedly make for a slick look, so start with a pair of black, mid-length shorts: comfortable, flexible and lightweight. You won’t be needing a jacket since things are likely to get pretty heated when you're busy blasting your core. Instead, a long-sleeved, sweat-whipping Nike top will provide the optimum coverage.
Once you’ve nailed the basics, put practicality first with on-point accessories. If your feet are in for some high-intensity activity, a pair of cushioned Air Max sneakers will offer the support you need. A hand-held fluorescent water bottle will keep you hydrated whilst also adding a sharp colour contrast to your kit. And for the tech? Strap on a phone armband for on-the-go music bangers and don't forget your Garmin watch – the No.1 way to track all of the gains you'll be making.
