He may have taken a brief style hiatus to experiment with varying cuts of both clothes and hair, but yesterday Justin Bieber announced his return to sartorial prominence in Australia.

Having a day to rest after a sold-out show in Perth, Bieber occupied his downtime by riding around the city on a motorbike. But the singer didn’t throw on a load of leather and a pair of aviators, and take to the streets like a Hell’s Angel to nail the archetypal look. Instead, Biebs’ southern-hemisphere steez consisted of smart, Scandi staples.
The days of longline seem long gone for Bieber now, as he favoured a fitted navy Harrington-style jacket, which he layered over a black and white striped tee, before pairing that clean-cut combo with some neat, straight-leg trews down below. Finishing his minimalist kit, blonde-haired Bieber threw on a pair of fresh white slip-on shoes. Welcome back, Biebs.
