If you're having trouble viewing the catwalk videos, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from www.adobe.com. You must have at least version 9 installed.
If after this you're still having problems, get in touch with our Customer Care Team and include:
- As much detail as you can about the issue
- Screenshots of any error message you get
- Which web browser you are using (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- What you have done so far to try to resolve it
Please note, if you're viewing the ASOS website using an iPad, you won't be able to view the Catwalk videos. However, you can check out the videos on the mobile ASOS site from your mobile or iPad. Just visit asos.com and change the currency to AUD.
