What is Uservoice?
Uservoice is a public forum where you can give feedback, share ideas and suggest improvements on the iOS version of our ASOS app in a simple and easy way. Our teams will use the feedback to help understand what’s important to our customers and how we can continue to create a great shopping experience. Is it tricky to apply a discount code in the app, or could there be a quicker way of finding our delivery options? We want to hear all about it!
How can I send you my feedback?
When using the Uservoice forum, your feedback will automatically be submitted to the ASOS Ideas Hub. From here you will also be able to upvote and comment on what other customers have shared to let us know what you care about.
Follow the steps below to submit your feedback with Uservoice.
- Open the ASOS app and navigate to My Account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Suggest an idea’
- Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up to the forum and submit your feedback
We’ll keep you posted via email about what’s happening with your ideas and other customers ideas that you’ve upvoted or left a comment on.
Please note that as Uservoice is a public forum to share ideas and feedback for improvements, any post containing personal information such as order number or billing information will be removed when a moderator finds it.
