I'm having problems using your App

We're sorry if you're having an issue with our iOS or Android App.

If you're looking for a size guide, then you can find this on each product page underneath the 'add to bag' button.

If you're having login trouble, then we'd suggest double checking you're entering your password correctly without caps lock being on. If that doesn't work, you can also click ‘Forgotten password?' to reset it.

If your issue isn’t password related here are a few things you may want to check:

Make sure that ‘Block all cookies’ function is disabled on your browser’s settings.

• iOS: go to Settings and choose Safari.
• Android: open Chrome (or your default phone browser), go to Settings and choose Site Settings.

Check if Javascript is enabled on your mobile browser’s settings.

• iOS: Open Settings, choose Safari and then Advanced.
• Android: Open settings, go to Advanced and choose Site Settings.

Make sure that you don’t have any content blockers installed on your device.

Make sure that your device clock is accurate. for security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won’t be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.

Most other issues can be resolved by simply closing the app and launching it again. You'll need to completely close the app rather than just put it to sleep. If you're unsure on how to do this, please follow the below steps:

iOS

Step 1: Double tap the home button on your iOS device and you should see all the apps you've got open appear side by side in a scrollable list.

Step 2: Once you've located the ASOS app just swipe it up to close it.

Android

Step 1: Press and hold the home button on your Android device and you should see all the apps you've got open.

Step 2: Once you've located the ASOS app just swipe it to the right to close it. Next time you open the app you'll see the latest content on the homepage.
