We're really sorry if we've made a mistake with your refund.
Please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll sort it out for you as soon as possible. Please make sure that you include your order number and any item details relating to the refund when you get in touch.
The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:
- The returns charge of $8.99 (AUD) that has been deducted from your total refund amount.
- The delivery charge, which we don't refund, even if the whole order is returned.
- Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may no longer be applicable (e.g. Spend & Save codes - learn more about them here). Check out our Ts&Cs for more info.
