How do free returns work with ASOS Premier?

If you're an ASOS Premier subscriber then you're entitled to free returns when using our Courier Pick-up*, Parcel Point or Australia Post tracked return services.

How it works

Haven’t you heard? ASOS have taken returns online! You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order – instead, you'll need to create your return through your ASOS account.
Simply log in, go to My Orders, select the order you’d like to return and follow the instructions provided.  

If you’re looking to return with our courier pick up service, you won't be charged if you're a Premier Delivery subscriber.

You're only able to use your free courier pick-up service for any orders that have been placed since you purchased your Premier subscription.**

*Some post codes are excluded from our Courier Pick-up service, click here to see if our Pick-up service is available to you by filling your address details. You'll be shown a message if your postcode is excluded.

**Free returns can take up to 24 hours to be activated on your account after purchasing a Premier subscription.
