Can I return an item and exchange it for something else?

 We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll automatically be issued a refund for any returned items. 

If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you'll need to place a new order.

Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process for all of them.
