If you placed an order for an E-Gift card but it hasn't yet arrived here's what you should do.
Step 1 - Allow up to 24 hours
The E-Gift card can take up to 24 hours from the time you placed your order to be sent. If you requested it to be sent at a later date it can take up to 24 hours from this time.
Step 2 - Ask the recipient to check their junk mail
The E-Gift card may have been sent straight to the recipient's junk folder. Please ask them to check in their junk mail.
Step 3 - Contact us
If the E-Gift card hasn't come through contact our Customer Care Team with the following details, and they'll be able to look into it for you:
- The order number you received when you ordered the E-Gift card or the email address registered to the account it was ordered from.
- The value of the E-Gift card.
- The email address the E-Gift card was sent to.
