What happens if the ASOS Gift Voucher I bought hasn't been received?

If you placed an order for an ASOS Gift Voucher but it hasn't yet arrived, here's what you should do.

Step 1 - Allow up to 24 hours

The gift voucher can take up to 24 hours from the time you placed your order to be sent. If you requested it to be sent at a later date it can take up to 24 hours from this time.

Step 2 - Ask the recipient to check their junk mail

The gift voucher may have been sent straight to the recipient's junk folder. Please ask them to check in their junk mail.

Step 3 - Contact us

If the ASOS Gift Voucher hasn't come through, contact our Customer Care Team with the following details, and they'll be able to look into it for you:

  • The order number you received when you ordered the ASOS Gift Voucher or the email address registered to the account it was ordered from.
  • The value of the ASOS Gift Voucher.
  • The email address the ASOS Gift Voucher was sent to.
