I've lost my E-Gift card, can you resend it to me?
If you've bought an ASOS E-Gift card for yourself or as a present for someone else and you've lost or misplaced it here's what to do in order to try and get a replacement.
Step 1 - Check your emails
If you haven't received your E-Gift card, please check your junk or spam folder in case it's been routed there.
Step 2 - Contact us
Please get in touch with our Customer Care team via one of the options below, and they'll do their best to replace it for you.
Just one more thing before contacting:
- When contacting us make sure you have the order number you received when you ordered the E-Gift card or the email address registered to the account the E-Gift card was ordered from.
- Remember to also include the value of the E-Gift card and the email address it was sent to.
