If you've not been able to confirm your status as a student to register as an On Campus reporter, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by using one of the options below.
When filling out our contact form don't worry about providing an order number or discount code – these fields are optional. All you need to do is fill out the compulsory sections like your name and email address. Once you filled out these details just let us know your email address needs validating to become an On Campus reporter. There's a box where you can type your query at the end.
We'll also need to see a scan or photo of your student ID card and, if you've been a student for over 6 years, proof of the length of your course. You can add an attachment when filling out our contact form – there's a button at the end.
