I’m a student but my email address has not been validated for my 10% code
Registering for the discount
When filling out our contact form don't worry about providing an order number or discount code - these fields are optional. All you need to do is fill out the compulsory sections like your name and email address. Once you filled out these details just let us know your email address needs validating for the student discount code. There's a box where you can type your query at the end.
You should receive your unique student discount code within 24 hours of filling in the validation form. You'll need to fill out the form, even if you don't have a specific student email address.
Not received the discount?
If you've not been able to confirm your status as a student to receive your unique promo code after 24 hours and you've checked your spam folder, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by using the button 'Contact us now' and send us the following details:
- A photo of the front and back of your student ID card. You'll need to make sure the expiry date is visible. Once we've received the photos, we'll look into this for you.
- A confirmation that you've checked your junk/spam folder for the code.

Please wait until the chat has started to send us a photo of your Student ID card - you'll see the paperclip image appear once the chat has opened. If you'd rather Send Us an Email, you'll need to attach your photo by replying to the acknowledgement email once you've sent your first email.
