1. Check when you placed your order
If you bought the E-Gift card, you can cancel your E-Gift card order within 30 minutes of completing the order.
If you didn't buy the E-Gift card yourself, you'll need to contact the person who bought it and get them to contact ASOS to cancel it.
2. Contact us
If that timescale has passed, and the E-Gift card hasn't been used or associated with an account, get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
We'll cancel it for you or if it's because of a mistake in the email address, we'll change it for you and send you another one
