How can I sign up for your Premier Delivery service?

Signing up to Premier Delivery is as easy as 1,2,3… and get this: when you sign up, our 2 day* ** Express Shipping service if you spend over 30.00 AUD (excluding weekends and public holidays), Standard shipping service and returns will be absolutely free!

Please note, if part of your order is shipped from ASOS EU, ASOS Lichfield or ASOS US, this part of your order will be delivered by Standard Delivery. You'll see your estimated delivery date at the checkout.

How do I sign up?


There are 3 different ways you can sign up to Premier Delivery:

• Sign up to Premier Delivery
• Search Premier in the 'Search ASOS' field on the homepage and add it to your shopping bag
• Alternatively, you can select Premier Delivery as your shipping method at the checkout on the confirm and pay page

If you're using the desktop site or android app you can now renew your Premier Delivery before your current subscription ends, so you’ll never be without speedy, zero-stress shopping. Just add Premier Delivery to your bag, buy it and we'll do the rest! As soon as your current subscription ends your new one will automatically begin.

How does it work?


To benefit from your Premier Delivery subscription, it must be used on the ASOS site you purchased it on. For example, if you purchase Premier Delivery on the AU ASOS website, the subscription will only apply to the AU site and will not apply on the general ASOS site.

*Our 2 day express shipping service is only applicable to metro postal codes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Check out if your post code is included in our 2 day express shipping service. Orders to all other postal codes will be delivered within 3 business days.


Just one more thing...

**We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ASOS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
