For your security we're not able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising where you can pick up your parcel.
What happens if I selected an old or incorrect address?
If you're looking to redirect your parcel because you've selected an old or incorrect address, then we suggest trying to retrieve the parcel once it's delivered. If this isn't possible, then it's also worth trying to contact the present occupants to see if they can send the parcel on to you, return it back to us or, if it hasn't been delivered yet, refuse the delivery so it is automatically returned back to our warehouse.
If the parcel is returned, we'll automatically issue a refund when it arrives at our warehouse. We can't resend returned parcels, so you'd need to place a new order to the correct address.
We also encourage you to keep your ASOS address book up to date by removing any addresses that you no longer use or have access to.
