Nothing beats beautiful, healthy nails and with a little upkeep and plenty of good cuticle oil, your nails could be as beaut at this. Michelle Humphrey created this look with Maybelline Color Show products and I love it. Part pearly, part über gloss over gloriously shaped nails, 'simple' talons work for me every time.
Victoria Beckham’s new Nails Inc collection looks next-level sleek (unsurprisingly). Just check out the bottles – I can’t deal with their perfection. This mani mixes up the two shades to produce a colour-blocked vision of creative fierceness. I am obsessed with how perfect this look is. Chalkboard Nails takes the credit and it’s well deserved.
Try using the brush in the pot for big bold shapes or go delicate by dipping a thin brush and carefully painting the outline, then filling in the rest.
Still aiming for a simple vibe and love a French manicure? Try this look from Wah Nails. By taking the polish and painting over the smile line on a diagonal, this manicure looks subtly fierce (that's a thing) and perfect if you want to give off a hint of standing out from the pack – through the power of your hands, right!?
I will always love the look of nude with a navy tip, it never dates for me. It was the mani of choice at the Holmes & Yang SS14 show and you can check out manicurist Sophy Robson's how-to video here. Strong look.
Fancy changing up your gel manicure? Pin this look by NYC-based Ami Vega and pop into your local good salon or try it at home. Ami has created this look over nicely shaped nails and I’m loving the simplicity.
To DIY, use the Red Carpet Gel Polish Manicure Kit. Once the base UV gel is applied and cured, along with all your colour coats too, apply small dabs of top coat gel (so it acts as a sort of nail glue) where you want the rhinestones. Carefully put the rhinestones in place, then thoroughly coat the nail with top coat and cure.
