If you’re totes digging the whole far-out 70s crush that fashion seems to be feeling ATM, you’re not alone. Flares and aviators are back with a bang, but our hero piece of the 70s refresh has to be the suede jacket, as seen on super stylist/model/blogger Pernille Teisbaek at PFW. Cropped suede, powder-blue, utility styles at Chloe’s SS15 show killed our like button and Gucci’s knee-length, tied-at-the-waist chocolate suede trenches have had us pinning Ali MacGraw (Alexa’s style icon, FYI) images all week. Our Senior Fashion and News Writer Jemma Tibbals explains the appeal: 'For me, suede beats leather in the cool stakes. Anything fringed, plush and overtly 70s is a styling win and looks to stay that way through to spring/summer of next year (just see Saint Laurent). Invest!'

For an ultimate nod to flower-power, wear your suede with jeans, polo-necks and a silky neckerchief. Woody Allen muse, anyone?

Here's the everythang you need to know about Chanel's major SS15 show.
