While you were colour-coding your Excel spreadsheet (we're sure it looks really pretty), we stumbled on Miley Cyrus's amazing cover of Arctic Monkeys' Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High? from her recent MTV Unplugged performance (yep, the one where she paired up with her pop predecessor, Madonna). The track is super timely, as Arctic Monkeys have just been announced as headliners for this year's Reading and Leeds festivals – we're srsy counting down to summer now.
Miley isn't the only one playing copycat. The kind-of-unlikely duo Ellie Goulding and Angel Haze hooked up to make this sultry cover of James Blake's Life Round Here, which features an amazing rap freestyle. They're not the first to cover James – Lorde took on his track Retrograde only last week at her New Zealand gig.
If that's not enough, rapper / Ciara's boyf Future proved he's as Beyoncé obsessed as the rest of the world, by posting his version of Drunk In Love. His R&B crooning is well worth a listen.
