Lego is totally a thing right now: The Lego Movie is out on 14 February and former footballer, style icon and all round great guy, David Beckham has just revealed himself as a massive fan too, saying constructing creations like London's Tower Bridge with his kids helps 'calm him down'. Aww! There's also 17-year-old Harry Heaton's awesome Lego recreations of some of the most iconic album covers of all time (seriously, these are amazing). Here are those humble plastic bricks' five most fashion moments...
Made by Dee and Ricky Jackson (two brothers from a set of triplets) from New York, Kanye's Lego heart badge was a big hit when he wore it back in 2008. The boys' Lego accessories were also used on the Marc by Marc Jacobs SS08 catwalk.
In 2007, Balenciaga created these fierce shoes, dubbed the 'Lego heel', in collaboration with Pierre Hardy. Beyoncé cemented their place in fashion history when she wore them to the American Music Awards.
French designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac went all Lego errthang when he dedicated his entire SS09 collection to it. We're talking hats, bags, dresses, trousers and the entire catwalk set. You name it, he made it!
Vogue Russia shunned diamonds and jewels in favour of adorning top model Maryna Linchuk with a huge chunky chain link necklace made out of Lego on their June 2008 cover. Do try this at home!
And last but certainly not least, check out this totally lust-worthy Chanel Lego bag. The limited-edition plastic clutch was launched in 2013 and became an instant cult item despite its £5,000 price tag. It's sold out, but Leigh Lezark (pictured), Rita Ora, Rihanna and Kim K have all got one. Mega jels.
