Who? The prince of prints, Glaswegian-born Jonathan Saunders has been wowing the boys and girls of the fashion world since his debut collection at LFW in 2005.
I care, why? Well… the man’s kind of a big deal. He not only scored a job at Alexander McQueen days after graduating from Central Saint Martins in 2003, but he’s also won Scottish Designer of the Year (twice!) and can pop the 2013 GQ Breakthrough Designer award on his mantel too.
Keep talking… Saunders’ studio has become renowned for creating signature prints, quirky colour choices and swoon-worthy silhouettes. With admirers including Michelle Obama, Samantha Cameron, Karlie Kloss and Rita Ora (yes, her GQ Awards dress was a Saunders original), you can’t help but want a Saunders slice yourself!

Who? The Athens-born, Central Saint Martins-educated designer is known for her stunningly intricate prints. ( This is how you pronounce that name, btw.)
I care, why? Katrantzou first caught the eye of the international fashion press when she designed a collection based on furniture (yup, you read that right: dresses shaped like fringed lampshades and prints of beautiful interiors).
Keep talking... Notoriously shy, Katrantzou's eye-catching prints make her dresses perfect fodder for attention-seeking celebs and have been worn by the likes of Rihanna, Alexa Chung and, erm, a pregnant Fergie.

Who? London based but a proud Scotsman, Christopher Kane is known for his mysteriously coy persona, ever-changing collections and flawless attention to detail.
I care, why? Before graduating from Central Saint Martins and launching his own label in 2006 with muse and older sister Tammy (she sorts the business side too), Kane landed work experience with Giles Deacon and even Donatella Versace, after he wooed her with his MA collection. If Donatella cares about Kane, you care about Kane… comprende?
Keep talking… While being continuously praised for his outstanding talents within the industry, Christopher Kane also bagged the award for Downton’s fave designer! His best mate Laura Carmichael (who plays Lady Edith) even managed to swindle the designer a Downton Abbey DVD signed by Dame Maggie Smith, as he’s such a huge fan. You’re not the only one Kane, we're well jel.
Where do I find out more? Christopher Kane's social media presence is rather quiet, with a few posts on his Facebook, and two Twitter accounts that remain untouched: @ChristopherKane and @CKane_Studio. The suspense!
