By Estelle Adjei, 9 July 2016

Dear brows, where art thou? Sound familiar? Natural brows are great, but if you haven’t been blessed with a strong game like Lily Collins or Hailee Steinfeld, then this test drive is for you.

Barely theres

My brow struggle has been way too real for far too long – so needless to say I was first in line for the chance to put these kits through their paces. And, after carefully applying, I have the pleasure to present to you my five favourites.

Au naturel

This palette comes with three different products: the wax, the brow powder and the highlighter. Get those brows in shape with the tinted wax (that can also be used on its own), add a bit more colour with the powder, then enhance the shape with the highlighter. You can fill in as heavily as you want – it will still create a natural look.

Baywatch

This little revolutionary liquid brow liner is perfect for the summer. Water-resistant and really easy to apply, so if you’ve mastered liquid eyeliner application, this will be child's play. Perfect if you’re going for a natural look, but you can also build up the colour. You can even take a dip without fearing the smudge.

Eyeko Brow Liner, £15

Drama queen

The brow specialist has done it again! If you want to add some drama to your life, this cream-gel tint is for you. Easy to get right, you can sculpt and define your brows according to your tastes and switch from a natural look during the day to a bolder one at night. And even if you have v oily skin (like I do) it still stays on for hours.

Benefit Ka-Brow!, £18.50

Lightly tamed

Due to the light consistency of this pomade, it's best for people with something to work with. Apply to cover any sparse spots and add thickness, brush with a spoolie and, ta-dah, you have a natural Cara Delevingne (almost) look!
