If you don't know the name John Boyega yet, you soon will. The 22-year-old Peckham-born actor has done sterling work in the excellent Attack The Block, where he played tough guy Moses, as well as in the latest series of 24.

But it's his upcoming part in a little sci-fi franchise called Star Wars that's really going to put him on the map. It was announced in April that Boyega would be playing an as-yet-unidentified lead role in Star Wars: Episode VII alongside the likes of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Chewbacca, as well as new characters played by some of the hottest acting talent in this galaxy – or any other.

Boyega will share the bridge of a Super Star Destroyer (if he's a baddie) with the likes of Adam Driver, Lupita Nyong'o, Oscar Isaac and Gwendoline Christie, so, yeah, things are going well for him.

But he still found time to rock up to the opening of the new Adidas Originals store in London and school us all in the correct way to rock a peacoat. It's a shame he has to wear one in August, but at least he's doing it well, matching it with a cracking denim western shirt and some killer khakis. We'd finish things off with a pair of desert boots or some Old Skool Vans. The force is definitely strong in this one.
