Being active doesn’t have to be laborious. Aside from the obvious health benefits, it’s also a great way to get out with your mates and see your local neighbourhood. We spoke to two East London runners, Dice and Aron, about what motivates them to keep fit, what kit they wear for it and their favourite running routes.
