  • ASOS Premier costs $39.
  • When you join Premier by your membership is valid for a twelve month period. You need a registered Asos customer account to subscribe.
  • Premier membership may automatically renew each year. ASOS will contact you by email 28 days before payment is taken for your renewal if this is the case. You may contact ASOS during this 28 day window to cancel the automatic renewal of Premier membership.
  • If your Premier membership has renewed automatically, this does not affect your rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore you still have 7 days after payment is taken and your membership renews to cancel your annual membership. Just contact customer care within this window and so long as you have not made any eligible purchases using the Premier service, they will provide you with a full refund of your membership fee for the renewed yearly membership and cancel the premier service from your account.
  • You can cancel your membership by cancelling your order within 1 hour of ordering it OR by contacting customer care. A full refund of your membership fee will be given if you have not made any eligible purchases using the Premier service.
  • Once an eligible purchase has been made your membership cannot be cancelled.
  • Premier membership is only available for delivery to Australian addresses, and entitles you to free express delivery within 2 business days for Metro Sydney/Melbourne/Perth/Brisbane when ordered before 12pm AEST and 3 business days to all other areas. Express orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. There is no limit on how many times you order. To return goods you can either book a free same day courier pick up (if booked by 2pm Monday - Friday) or opt for a free Australia Post tracked return via the Portal:
  • Each return raised via the Portal is valid for one parcel only (if there are two parcels from one order to return, then two returns will need to be created via the Portal.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the use of Premier in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given.
  • reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. You will be informed of any significant changes to these terms and conditions.

  • Premier is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.
