Is it really six years since German coach Joachim Löw turned up in Austria and Switzerland all dapper-like in a slim-fit white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, and redefined how a international soccer manager should equip himself pitchside? Times have changed since then – no more are team-branded tracksuits or ill-fitting suits acceptable attire for the discerning coach about town – and a whole generation of aspiring sideline sophisticates have upped their efforts in response.
