Like It to Win It Sale Competition
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PRUCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This competition is valid where legally permissible.
To enter the competition, participants must log on to Instagram. This can be done via the Instagram banner on the ASOS.com site, or via the ASOS channel on Instagram. Participants must then ‘like’ the daily sale image on Instagram, and leave their name in the Comments section underneath the daily sale image, and entry is then complete. Participants may only enter once per day, and will need to hold an Instagram account in order to enter.
The competition opens on 19th December 2012 at 9am (UK, London time), and closes on 3rd January 2013 at midnight (UK, London time).
There will be one winner per day, and the winners will be chosen at random by the Marketing Team. The winners will be chosen at random from all successful entries received. The winners will be chosen at 9am (UK, London time) the following day after their entry, and will be contacted from this time.
The winners will each receive a £25.00 ASOS Gift Voucher that can be used on ASOS.com. We regret that vouchers cannot be used on ASOS Marketplace, ASOS Premier, Fashion Finder, to buy ASOS Gift Vouchers or to be redeemed against shipping costs. Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase full price and marked-down products. Gift Vouchers will be issued in GBP, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers can be locked to one ASOS account only.
The winners will be notified via Instagram in the comments section under the daily sale image, where they will be @mentioned from 9am (UK, London time) the following day of their entry. The winners will then be asked to email timothyh@asos.com to claim their prize. The winners will have up to 48 hours to claim their prize after they have been @mentioned in the comments section.
If the winners do not contact timothyh@asos.com within 48 hours of the @mention in the comments section, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and chose another random winner from all other successful entries received. ASOS shall not be liable for any delay or failure of any message communication.
By entering the competition, you agree to us announcing your name publicly as a prize winner.

We regret that participants from Australia, France, Germany, Italy and Spain are not eligible to win the prize due to local legal restrictions.

*By entering and/or accepting the prize, Entrants and winner agree to hold ASOS and its promotional partners, directors, officers, and employees harmless for liability, damages, or claims for injury or loss to any person or property, relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in this Contest, the acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the Entrant ineligible. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Entrant declared the winner, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address.
